In accordance with GPPB Resolution Nos. 15-2020 and 16-2020, the PBD Builder has been developed using the latest approved 6th Edition PBDs. The PBD Builder is designed to enable electronic method of preparing the PBDs to minimize errors and facilitate the effective conduct of public procurement. This will help ensure that the procuring entities (PEs) abide by the required standards, quality, content, accuracy, and reliability of information with respect to the texts, graphics, documents, links, and forms in the uploaded PBDs. Note that this assurance shall include the PEs’ responsibility of exercising due diligence in preparing the PBDs through the PBD Builder by checking the important details and relevance of the provisions of the PBDs against the requirements of their specific Procurement Projects.
